Ana Znaceni holds a Master degree in Public Administration issued by the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She has also studied Finance and Banking obtaining the bachelor degree from the Moldova State University in 2009.
Ana Znaceni has more than 10 years of experience working with civil society organizations at local and national level. She successfully coordinated and implemented more than 25 projects of various scales. Mrs. Znaceni has worked with different implementing organizations, donors, and programmes, most notably – the EU Delegation to the Republic of Moldova, the Cross-Border Programme (EaPTC, JOP Black Sea Basin 2014-2020), the UK (FCDO) within the Good Governance Fund II Technical Assistance Facility Eastern Partnership through Abt Britain, the UNDP, the GIZ and the Embassy of Finland.
During her career, Mrs. Znaceni capacitated CSOs, LPAs and public institutions in developing project proposals and submitting them for funding. She provided support and mentorship to CSOs in monitoring and developing reports on the transparency of public authorities and supervised the organization of numerous events (study visits, national surveys, workshops etc.). Her education, work experience and enthusiasm will make a significant contribution to the workflow of the project.
